Our GIS Support Infrastructure offers the following basic services:
- Channels for quick access to the expert (telephone, instant messaging)
- Support monitoring centralized via Web: given media inventory, information associated with the support, forecasting, notices, tickets…
- Remote Assistance: we provide access “in-situ” to your system by the expert through remote desktop assistance
