1998

• Sitep´s Establishment 

1999

• Sitep attains the Neuron @ prize, award from the City Council of Barcelona to the company that helps develop the “Society of Knowledge”, thanks to the developments for the Catogràfic Institut of Catalunya (ICC) and Airtel´s System of driving aids.

2001

• Sitep attains the Innobit prize, awarded by the Fira de Barcelona as part of the conference BIT (Barcelona Information Technologies) for the development of the Vehicle Fleet Management and Control application.

2002

• Sitep moves to their new offices in Avd Meridiana, 30-32 in Barcelona.

2003

• Sitep develops the first low cost BAS (Business Aid System, for the transport sector) in Spain.

2005

• Sitep develops the first Spanish project with ArcGIS Server technology, the corporate SIG for the Center of Telecommunications and Information Technology (CTiTI) of Generalitat de Catalunya.

2006

• Sitep gets the prize for best SIG application of the year with ESRI technology in the ESRI User Conference 2006,  for the development  of MITEL, the corporate SIG for CTiTI.

2009

• Step develops and implements the Urban Information System (UIS) for the Ministry of Housing.
